I have a rather unique perspective on how to design and deliver the best outcome for your property project and achieve the necessary planning consent. I have been hands-on with property design and development for decades now, both as a professional and client, with vast experience of both sides of this relationship.
Taking your exact needs and budget into account, I am aware of the best design choices, the common issues, the likely pitfalls and why builds often encounter problems. As I am now semi-retired, my pricing is very competitive and I only work on a small number of projects providing an unusually dedicated focus.
I use 3D scanning technology which highlights the structure of the building to a greater level of detail. This is particularly useful for building analysis and structural purposes.
I can design in both 2D (the standard black and white drawings) and also 3D (walkthrough videos, rendered images), depending on your needs. If you find 2D drawings hard to visualise, then 3D can be the better option. Then you can see how your property project will look, externally and internally, before it is built.
